Out with the old .... In with the new!!!

It’s New Years Eve. I’m still up in Canada but had to write a quick blog post.

My dad, out of surgery and it went well. They did a triple bypass and everything went as planned. It’s a long recovery process though so we’ll be hoping all goes well with that. He's already back to his normal grumpy self, so I"m sure he'll recover just fine in no time.

For myself, I’ll be here in Canada for New Years, which is great I just wish it wasn’t because of the circumstances and I could go out to have some fun however, I’ll be home with my two girls waiting on hubby’s arrival sometime around 9pm tonight.

2009 has been a year of many ups and downs but it’s also taught me a whole hell of a lot as well. I’ve learned that in 2010 in order to be successful I have to take care of myself health wise, weight wise, education wise, career wise and even fun wise.

I’m making sure that 2010 isn’t going to be a ‘woe is me’ type of year. I started a great goal last year with my weight loss and at the end of the year, went downhill with it. 2010 will be the year to beat my battle with the monster we call weight; it’s also going to be the year that I deal with a lot of my own health issues that I’ve ignored. My girls are growing up far too fast to let things slip by anymore and I want them to be proud of me and for me to be around for them for a long long time. I’ve conquered one obstacle and fear in 2009 which was returning to the driver’s seat and retaining my driver’s license again, if I could do that, I can conquer so many more.

In an effort to really make sure I’m accountable for my own actions, I plan to really chronicle a lot more of my personal issues on my blog. Weight loss, Health, fears etc. etc. etc. Sometimes we have to push ourselves beyond our limits to make things work, and I know myself and that’s what I have to do.

2010 will also be the year I look more into my own future. Right now my youngest is home with me and my oldest is at school, but in about 2 more years I’ll be home with no one to take care of during the day with both off to school full time. Do I want to sit around by myself? Do I know if I’ll still be blogging? 2 years is a long ways away and we don’t know what the heck any of us will be doing so 2010 is the year I look into furthering my education once again, and what’s better than to set my goals high? I’ll be looking into admissions with the school I’ve always dreamed of going to but never had the chance; Full Sail thankfully now has online classes. For those who don’t know about my love for the music industry that’s what I have gone to school for in the past. With myself not getting any younger, I’ve set my eyes on Entertainment Business instead of just focusing on music/the hip hop industry, with a goal of one day getting my feet in the door and working for one of the companies that well, feeds my addiction.

A question normally asked by most around this time of the year, is what is your New Year’s Resolution? I can’t answer that this year, I never keep resolutions it’s a proven fact that most of us don’t. So this year, instead of making a resolution, I’m just going to make a change, make my own life just a bit better for LIFE, and not just focus on one year at a time….

For 2010, I wish you all success, happiness, health and love. I thank you all for this year and the past for reading, entering giveaways and leaving your comments on A Wrestling Addicted Mommy. I'd also like to thank the companies I've worked with, and advertisers as well, I look forward to making new connections and working with old ones again in the New Year. I hope you all look forward to the new blog posts in the New Year as well.

How do you plan on making 2010 successful?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Off for the time being....

Just wanted to let my readers know that you won't be seeing any blog posts from me until next week. I know I have giveaways that are ending and I'll try to get those done and posted on time but there's no guarantee that it will happen.

As most of you know my father has been having heart issues. He's in the hospital again, and wasn't able to spend Christmas with us this year, so part of our Christmas was spent in the hospital.

He'll be having heart surgery to replace 3 arteries tomorrow morning at 8am.

Me and the girls decided to stay behind this week while hubby went back home. We'll now be spending New Years here and heading back on the 2nd. So until I'm officially home there won't be much or any blogging from me.

If you could all keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers it would be appreciated. I hope you all have a great New Years and here's to 2010 being so much better than 2009 was.

HULKAMANIA IS COMING BACK TO MONDAY NIGHT ON “TNA iMPACT!” LIVE JANUARY 4 ON SPIKE TV

Hulk Hogan’s First Live Appearance On Spike TV’s “TNA iMPACT” Will Be In A Special
3-Hour LIVE Episode Monday, January 4 At 8:00 PM ET/PT

Hulk Hogan’s first appearance inside the six-sided ring of TNA Wrestling will follow weeks of speculation after Hogan and TNA President, Dixie Carter announced their partnership on October 27 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Hogan has hinted in various media interviews that he’ll have multiple surprises in store for TNA Wrestling fans.

“I knew when I signed with TNA, that it would be important to make a statement with the first episode. Going head-to-head with the WWE on January 4th, makes the statement loud and clear: Game on!” Hogan said.

“TNA is kicking off 2010 in the biggest way possible with the biggest name in the history of our sport. Hulk Hogan is a pop culture icon, and his arrival will change not only TNA, but the entire professional wrestling landscape. We’re firing that first shot,” Carter said.

Joining Hogan for the three-hour live “iMPACT!” will be TNA World Heavyweight Champion “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle, Mick Foley, Kevin Nash, “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe, “The Boss” Bobby Lashley, “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan and many more.

Mombite made my daughters Christmas!!!

I just wanted to say thanks so much to Jill from Mombite....

Last week I wrote a small blog post about the Playmobile My Take Along Pet Clinic that Mombite was giving away. This was that gift that my oldest daughter asked for from Santa AFTER Santa had already bought her gift, and I couldn't fathom shelling out more money than I had already spent on the other gift.

So I entered, entered every which way I could, and hoped for the best....

I just received an email stating that I HAD WON!!!! My daughter is going to be so freaking ecstatic!!! Good thing I don't need to look for life insurance quotes lol, I think if she didn't get this, I might have had to start looking some up, that's how bad she wanted it.

Her reasoning for wanting this toy is so cute too. She wants it so she can 'practice' for when she's older to be a vet!

Thanks once again to Mombite, I'm so excited to have won this!

He's NAKED!!!

I’m sitting here in the living room, just finished cleaning up my house. Decided to sit down, and start drawing up my plans for a brand new blog and some sponsorship that I’m going to be looking forward to in 2010.

I decided to fire up the Xbox 360 and turn on last.fm for some music in the background. As the songs are scrolling through, the girls are dancing about. On the screen photos of the artists pop up and fade in and out on the screen as their song plays.

All of a sudden, I hear… “HE’S NAKED” with laughter…. I’m imagining the girls will be talking about a shirtless photo or something; the only thing that’s playing right now is I believe I can fly by R. Kelly so I wasn’t too concerned.

I poked my head up from my screen, and see the most disturbing image on my television…

I see…… THIS………

What in the WORLD is that??????????

Not only is it disturbing but it’s a little inappropriate as well… This didn’t only flash on my screen once, but was in scrolling sequence with other photos of R. Kelly. Last.fm what the heck are you thinking? I’m sure there are many more images of R. Kelly floating around that you can replace that with…. Like I'd rather watch someone take some phentermine rather than look at this icky picture again and again and again.

It’s not even the fact that it’s an almost naked mannequin of R. Kelly…. It’s just…
DISTURBING! lol

Walmart Holiday Meals...

With the current economy a lot of people are struggling this holiday season. Some are cutting back on gifts, others are cutting back on traveling, but Walmart wants to make sure what you don’t have to cut back on is those great holiday Family dinners this Christmas.

The economy impacts at least 80% of people’s holiday plans and right now everyone is looking for the best ‘bang’ for their buck. Enjoying holiday meals with families is one of the most important things of the holiday and with the majority of people planning to entertain 7 or more people, Walmart’s fresh and affordable holiday meals help those entertaining eliminate at least part of the stress associated with holiday entertaining.

Walmart's Christmas Dinner for Eight under $30 provides all the ingredients necessary for a traditional meal, including a 10-lb Spiral Cut Half Ham, three cans of Del Monte green beans, one 10-lb bag of russet potatoes, Sara Lee dinner rolls, and a pumpkin pie. The New Year's party basket for 10 for under $40 includes a Shrimp Tray, Vegetable Tray, Hillshire Farms Little Smokies, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Land O'Lakes Egg Nog, and a Red Velvet cake.

If you’re in need of some new and fresh ideas and recipes, Walmart has teamed up with Aarón Sánchez of Food Network to share some cooking tips, recipes and unique ideas he’s created with Walmarts basket of holiday and New Year’s Ingredients.

So don’t stress out, don’t even fret about how you’re going to afford to feed all these people this holiday season, head out to Walmart for some great, inexpensive ideas just right for your budget. You can visit www.walmart.com for more information.

Your Simply CRAZY!

There’s a little update of sorts to my blog post from the other day. If you remember I made a rather disturbing blog post called “He’s a man, he’s part black, he can’t keep it in his pants…” and it was basically about a crazy racist chick who made this statement on my message board The Lily Pad.

According to her, it was ok to say these things because she had a ‘card’, and she dared us to poll people saying that 90% would say the same thing she did. So I made a blog post, and many others polled facebook and myspace friends as well. Not one of us got 1 person agreeing with her.

We made sure to post the comments on our board in the thread so that she could see them and see how STUPID she was sounding. Apparently though, that wasn’t the extent of her craziness. Later that night I got a facebook message from a friend to get on instant messenger, there was a post left on the board, in that thread, it read:
wf i wrong with you guys my cousin committed suicide over these comments. What is wrong with you guys writing this crap about her. Apparently she dropped her daughter off at school and came home and hung herslf in the basement. She was found by her dad. She wrote 3 notes one to me, one to her parents, and one to her daughter. In mine she told me to come on here and look at this specific entry or however you say it and told me to look specifically at this one person's comments to her and then read the rest.She said that no one has ever told her such hurtful things and that she believed what was said about her is the truth. Tara is far from any of what was said to her. How are we going to tell a 5 yr old her mom died? Just days before christmas on top of that. I can't believe this, didn't u guys think before you posted all these comments. Her family doesn't even have money to burry her. I will miss her. RIP Tara I love you

And then she wrote again…
make sure you let this gina bitch know what she caused

Now reading this, and being on message boards for the past 6 years, you know never to trust what you read, and to do some investigation, which was done IMMEDIATELY by some of the admins and myself. First of all, the style of ‘typing’ was the same as previous posts, and once the admins grabbed her IP address the gig was up. If your going to fake your death, please make sure that your writing style isn’t as horrid as it always is, and also make sure your not posting from your normal IP or from the college that you go to school at… yes that’s right, the IP was made from her school…

Give me a break! We also found out that she was online on her Myspace page at the same time.
Who does this?!?!?!

Once we called her out on this, she then came back to the board and claimed to say it wasn’t her posting…
My cousin was using my laptop and told me she has been on the lilypad and said something about blacks and gina got all mad,and everyone hates me on there now, then she said i was dead. Is this true????????? Is that why I can't get on the board???? i cant believe she did this . I feel like beating that bitches ass. I gave her my laptop to use for awhile to see if she wanted to buy it and I gave her my facebook password so she could make my farm bigger for me .which is the same password I use for lilypad. She just brought it to me on her way home from work didn't say nothing to me, then she calls me wakes me up again and then tells me all this shit. I can't believe this dumbass. Whatever she did i'm sooooooooo sorry . She's had my laptop since friday so whatever was said between now and then was not me. I tried checking to see what she's been writing but it wont let me on. i am so embarassed by all this!!!please tell everyone whatever was said it was not me and i am soooo sorry. She said some really hateful stuff was said about me. And she thought it was so damn funny. So please pass this on and tell everyone that i am very sorry. Is there anyway I can see what she wrote or is it all deleted now. I want to know everything she wrote on there if possible please.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
this is what i just wrote to trisha on myspace. I am soooooooo sorryyyyyy she is a dumbass.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
let me tell u guys i would never make a comment like that maybe about guys but deff not about black guys specifically. I;m very sorry Gina because it seems like you were the one most affected by what she wrote.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
btw please take my personal info of off the boards. Better yet delete the whole thread. And another thing tiger woods does not deserve a break from the media. I personally am tired of it but he deserves the scrutiny.
This is some serious stuff people…. Who fakes their death in such detail and then when caught says that it wasn’t them that posted it and blamed it on someone else.
Those of you in the blogging community and message board community know how close we all can be, and if this was true or we even thought for a second this was true we’d be all over it contacting friends/family we can find and even the authorities.
Luckily I and a few others live in the same city as this crazy bitch chick and checked all the sources we could, and could not find any ‘suicide’ that had happened, and then proceeded to research…
It’s sad that a MOTHER of all people could do this, it’s quite obvious she has more issues in her head than just the racist thoughts that surround her brain, for someone to do this, lie about committing their own suicide, I hope she gets some much needed help!
There are just some crazy ass people you meet on-line……Oh the stories I can tell!
How Often Do You Get Out?
How many times do you get to go out with your spouse for dinner? If your anything like us, it’s a rare occasion that me and hubby get to go dine without children in tow!
Unfortunately for us, we don’t have babysitters around us. All of our family and friends live in other states, and even other countries, and it’s hard to me to just trust anyone else to watch my kids.
So it seems the only time we get to go out without them is when/if family is visiting or we’re off visiting family and take a few hours out of the day to take off on our own for a while. Everyone tries to tell me to get over it and find a neighbor or kid from school or something, but that’s just not me, so we suffer and make sacrifices. I won’t let just anyone in my home and or watch my kids, and for me, kids watching kids isn’t an option!
The JuiceBox widget on my sidebar is begging me to go out to dinner (and the deals from
Restaurant.com, who is sponsoring this post, is tempting as well). During the holidays, we
don't get out anywhere near enough, but here's what we do love to do...
There is a girl that I’m friends with that I do trust, in fact there’s two of them who have offered to step in and babysit, I’ve just never taken them up on it. So maybe it’s about time I do, and surprise hubby with a night out and some great dining!
Congrats to all the winners, I'll be contacting you via email shortly on how to claim your prize.
Winners have 72hrs to respond to my initial email, if no response is made within 72hrs winners forfeit their prize and a new winner will be randomly chosen
That one gift....
I think all the kids have that one gift that they ask for for santa and you kind of wonder... Why? My oldest asked for one of those gifts from Santa this year, and decided to ask for it, after Santa had already figured out her gift.
So, that's why I'm entering this giveaway on Mombite. Mombite is giving away the "must have" toy that my daughter is begging for... The Playmobil My Take Along Pet Clinic. It's rare that I post on my blog about a giveaway I'm entering, but if I could win this, I'd probably be happier to win this than I was the $500 Walmart Giftcard I won a few months back....
Check out the giveaway here, if you must lol....
He's a man, he's part black he can't keep it in his pants...
For a few days we’ve been talking about Tiger Woods on a message board I'm a part of called The Lily Pad, and if he deserves to catch a break, there was a poll and a few answers, it was pretty light hearted until some bitch girl decided she’d put in her two cents….Oh yea, there will be some cussing and choice words said so please beware of that....
And I quote….
"Well he's a man and he's part black. neither one can keep their stuff in the pants. No i'm NOT racist my dd is half black, and i'm mexican so i'm allowed to crack on beaners and black's i have a card. lol."
Now… Most of you know that I’m married to a black man, have been for the past 7 years, we also have two bi-racial children, regardless of that fact that statement quoted above has no business ever leaving a persons mouth! I went OFF on the bitch girl and in my opinion rightfully so! Heck, even just because you're of one minority race, it does NOT give you the card not to be racist. I know lots of people who race hate on their own race and using a derogatory word towards ones self, still isn't right!
Members who rarely speak out about things they don’t agree with even spoke up in light of this. I admit I called her a bitch, I used a few choice curse words, I called her ignorant, racist and trash. I was FUMING!!!! NO matter what, statements like that coming out of your mouth are RACIST! And just because you’re part of one minority race, and have a child of mixed race DOES NOT give you the ‘card’ to say such HATEFUL, HURTFUL, DISGUSTING things….
She then retaliated with another post….
"I am sorry if i hurt anyone's feelings u too Gina. I was merely making a statement and You blew it out of proportion. As for calling me a bitch and trash that was totally uncalled for and truly hurt my feelings. I am also not a "troublemaker" (sounds so childish doesn't it?) Look at my posts and see all the "trouble" I cause. As for teaching my child bad stuff, my daughter is the most respectful child, and loves everyone, she lights a room wherever she goes. Oh and she goes to church twice a week , once is a club that has the kids memorize bible verses and do volunteer work.guess that makes me a dumb, trashy bitch doesn't it."
What that has to do with anything I’m not sure….. Church, ok, that’s great I hope she gets much better views than her mother there…..
After her ‘apology’ she then decided to make another lovely statement….
"So ppl can just call each other dumb bitches and that's excused?? I don't care how long she's been on here that was just down right low and dirty. Besides are any of you black males. Everyone go home and ask your bf/husband if he agrees with my statement and i bet you he will. Post a poll on your fb or myspace and i bet you 90% will. If she wouldn't have said anything no one would care."
Way to show your colors… This now gives me 100% belief that you’re really not apologizing and really do think the way you do.
I hate that my daughters have to still grow up in IGNORANCE! I’m sad that at 6 years old and 3 years old I’ve had to already teach them about racism because people like this still breed hate…
I’m sorry that you’ve had a bad run with men, black men, and any men. But honey MOST men CAN keep it in their pants, most black, Latino, white, Asian, pink, purple, blue men CAN keep it in their pants it’s about character, it’s about who they are NOT about RACE….
This spilled over onto today and I’m still FUMING MAD at her statements, I had to get it out…
So what do you think? Any comments on statements like this? I refuse to let myself, my family or my children associate with people who dare to still think like this if I can help it.
Jakks Pacific Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery Set Giveaway...
One of the gifts my girls loved last year was the Girl Gourmet Cupcake Maker, now it wasn’t as great as we had hoped, it was pretty messy and the cupcakes weren’t that great, but the girls had a blast with it, and really that’s all that matters. This year my youngest has asked for the Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery and with the prices on Amazon for it, I couldn’t pass it up.
With the Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery, kids can bake and decorate their own tasty creations without all the mess. The Cake Bakery helps teach children the basics of baking in their own home while allowing them to add their own creative touches with fondant shapes and gel decorators. Kids ages 8 and up simply need a microwave oven and some adult supervision to start having fun with baking.
Jakks Pacific also partnered up with the Food Network and Ace of Cakes world renowned celebrity baker, Duff Goldman to be featured on the Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery product line in hopes of encouraging kids to push their limits and create fun, funky cakes just like Duff.
Wrestlers Rescue Giveaway...
If you’re a regular reader of A Wrestling Addicted Mommy you’ve heard me speak about an organization I’m involved in called Wrestlers Rescue.
This organization was created by former ECW/WWE wrestler Dawn Marie in an effort to help create awareness and money to support the health care needs of retired Professional Wrestlers.
What most people don’t know about the wrestlers who entertain us week after week is that health insurance is hard to come by.
Most end their career with none at all, what most people don't know is that wrestlers are independent contractors who don’t have or receive the benefits of other professional entertainers and athletes.
Wrestlers Rescue is looking not only to create awareness of this need and to raise funds but they’re also hoping to put in place a financial advisory for the active wrestling community to call on for advice on how to plan for their future which includes retirement, pension, college funds, family needs etc. They’re also trying to set in place a Health care program that can be bought into at a group rate so that the community can afford care for themselves and their families.
Wrestlers Rescue is also planning a cruise called “Slam on the High Seas” on Carnival Cruise Lines this coming July 26 – 31, 2009 where you can interact with over 20 stars from the world of professional wrestling for five whole days!!! Activities include convention style meet and greet, Q & A session, mini dojo, dinner with the stars, and much more. The deadline to book your trip has been extended to January 10, 2010. To read more about the cruise you can see the press release here, or visit wrestlersrescue.org.
WIN IT!!
Wrestlers Rescue wants to get the word out more than ever to fans and the rest of the wrestling world, and have provided a great prize package for A Wrestling Addicted Mommy.
Holiday Gift Guide A Gift For Everyone: BrightFeet Lighted Slippers
There’s nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night and bumping into something either stubbing your toe or just plain out bumping your entire body into something hard. It hurts! And it’s not fun!
As parents with little ones we tend to get up a few times during the night, and there’s nothing I hate more than going in to check on the girls and not being able to see, worse having to turn on a light and wake them up at the same time. When I heard of BrightFeet Lighted Slippers I had to try them out, what a great idea for not only parents, but those midnight wakers as well.
BrightFeet Lighted Slippers contain LED lights that are pressure and light sensitive and have a illumination of 25 feet and work GREAT! Not only do they light your way, but they’re so fuzzy and comfortable they keep your feet warm as well.
The LEDs are powered by 2 lithium batteries (included) which can also be replaced. Once you step into the slippers the pressure sensor is activated to illuminate but only if the slippers are in darkened conditions. They also have a built-in-timer which will shut off the LED after you’ve removed them from your feet.
The slippers are $39.95 and well worth the investment, no more turning on lights, or bumping into things during the night, also I think a perfect gift idea for new parents or parents to young children. You can find out more about BrightFeet Lighted Slippers by visiting their website www.brightfeetslippers.com or by becoming a fan on Facebook.
Holiday Gift Guide Gifts for Her: Hana Elite 1" Ceramic Flat Iron
My hair can tend to be on the crazy side at times, frizzy, wavy and just plain unruly. Although my hair isn’t full of curls like my daughters, it has a wave to it, some days it’s good, most day’s it’s bad, so straightening it, although time consuming, helps me tremendously to tame my hair so it does what I want it to.
The best flat irons right now aren’t the ones you just pick up for the cheapest price. For a good flat iron you really do have to shell out a decent amount of money, not a ton, but a decent amount. You want to find something that’s not going to burn your hair, and find something that’s easy to use.
Thanks to Misikko great professional flat irons are available at an affordable price. Their top of the line ceramic flat irons are really one of the higher qualities of hair appliances. We got to try out the Hana Professional Flat Iron and I was very impressed.
The Hana Professional Flat Iron has glass-smooth ceramic-tourmaline plates which helps to seal in the natural oils for a conditioned, sleek look that lasts all day. It also features damp-to-dry styling (which is a must for a busy mom like me), it also features floating plates that self adjust to different textures and has an adjustable temperature. We tried this out by using it not only on me but Lyric as well. As you can see from the before and after pictures, even without straightening products, the Hana Professional Flat Iron did a remarkable job straightening her curly hair.
I really like the fact that this flat iron does provide a maximum frizz-free conditioning shine (as you can see from the pictures), and I also love the adjustable temperature dial that has 5 settings ranging from 140-450° F, so when doing my hair and my daughters hair, I can adjust the temperature easily for each of us. The Hana Professional Flat Iron also includes a Luxe heat proof storage pouch, heat proof silicone mat, and special edition tin case, it also carries a two year warranty.
I've been looking for flat irons from a Chi Flat Iron, FHI Flat Iron to replace my cheap Revlon flat iron and the Hana Elite is a clear winner and high preference over the other, plugging it in and turning it on provides a quick heat up and the on/off switch is very easy to find. It also didn’t snag my daughters hair like my previous iron; even at the lower setting it did a very good job.
I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new flat iron to check out the Hana Professional Flat Iron by visiting www.misikko.com. I do also have to give them praise on their very fast shipping, if you notice, they also give you free shipping if you order from them.
Holiday Gift Guide A Gift For Everyone: SodaStream
I'm not really a big soda drinker, no one in my family is, but when I heard about SodaStream and had the chance to review their products, I was pretty excited. I mean come on, how cool is it to be able to make your own soda at home? I thought, pretty cool, so I opted to review their product.
We currently have the red SodaStream Genesis machine and a variety flavors in my home we've been having a great time trying and mixing new flavors of pop on our own, and well, probably drinking a lot more pop than we ever have, but it's so much fun, and we just love SodaStream! The ability to fizz up our own water and make soda or even seltzers with it, is such a great concept.
The value, as equally great! The Soda Value Starter Kit comes with your Soda Machine, 2 60 liter carbonators, 4 carbonating bottles and a variety of soda flavors in both regular and diet (your choice).
You can also buy the refills on the website sodastreamusa.com and the prices are pretty reasonable.
It's just so fun to be able to make soda in your own home with some tap water and a few presses on a button and some loud buzzing... Yes, that's something to warn you about. It scared the pants off me when I first used this. You pump the button a few times to carbonate your water and then you'll hear a loud BZZ (Aria my youngest likes to say it's tooting lol), it is pretty loud and may make you jump the first time you hear it, so be forewarned. Once you heard the loud buzzing sound pump it 3 times. Then you tilt the bottle back up and unscrew it from the unit, pour in your syrup and you're done!
The soda's? What about them, how do they taste? Well, with our family they were all approved by us and the kids. The Cola, root beer, ginger-ale, cranberry raspberry (my favorite), as well as the orange are all a hit in our home. I've also mixed a few flavors as well and hmm, they've come out pretty interesting. We'll be one to continue on with the club and hopes of buying another starter kit as a gift for a few family members this coming Christmas.
You can visit www.sodastreamusa.com for more information about their products.
