Getting back on track...

Seriously I can scream that from the top of my lungs. It seems like since I've been home from vacation nothing has gone right, I've got a TON and I mean a TON of work to do, but I just don't feel like getting back into it..

A 2 week vacation was awesome, I got a break from 'working'/blogging but I just can't get back into it, never mind the fact that I'm PMSing right now and feel like I've gained a ton of weight over vacation. I'm right back on the eating healthy and working out track though, so I guess it's just one thing at a time to get back on routine with my life.

Working out gives me a great feeling, a feeling that not even the best diet pill could give me. I love that sore feeling that I get from working out, which I have today, but it's not stopping me from going again tonight... 1 hr of cardio here I come!

Hey Gina...just read your latest post and I couldn't resist not to comment. I know EXACTLY how you feel. It happens to me as well. When I get a break from work and go in a vacation of 2+ weeks, I feel super relaxed and with no worries...but when i get back home, it's another story. I simply can't resume my work...and if it's something that you don't LOVE doing, it's even harder. But when you do something that you absolutely love, what you have to do is to get motivated a little...and then everything will go back to normal.
I usually need at least 3-4 days to get back in the usual working cycle.

Regarding the working's a fantastic idea. It has been proven that physical exercise is like a reset button for emotions. It's incredible!
