I’ve had a hard time sleeping lately. I don’t know what it is, whether it’s stress or excitement about or upcoming vacation or what, I just can’t get a good night’s sleep!
Any suggestions on how to get a good night’s sleep for once? What are some natural sleep aids that you use to make sure you’re getting enough rest at night?

When it’s time to sleep, make sure that your environment is dark. Even dim lights—especially those from TV or computer screens—can confuse the body clock. Heavy shades can help block light from windows, or you can try an eye mask to cover your eyes.
If you associate your bed with events like work or errands, it will only make it harder to wind down at night. Use your bed only for sleep and sex.
Close your eyes—and try taking deep, slow breaths—making each breath even deeper than the last.
Starting at your toes, tense all the muscles as tightly as you can, then completely relax. Work your way up from your feet to the top of your head.
Close your eyes and imagine a place or activity that is calming and peaceful for you. Concentrate on how relaxed this place or activity makes you feel.
I have a lot of sleep difficulty so I empathize with you.
Something that works for me - Lavender Essential Oil.
Just put a little bit on my fingers and run it over my pillowcase.
Something I haven't tried, that works for others is the calming teas.
Just remembered that I have some Celestial Seasons Sleepy Time tea which I'm trying now.
