I’m a coffee fanatic!! I love the stuff and even though I try to cut down, I just can’t seem to get enough of it. I’m also a tea addict as well. I go through my phases, on a coffee binge for a while and then on a tea it goes around in circles. Well I’ve found the perfect companion to my addition!!!

The Keurig single cup coffee brewers!!! I was ecstatic when I was approached about doing a review for this machine, it’s a coffee/tea lover’s dream come true!!! To be able to brew a fresh cup of whichever you want at the push of a button, sigh, I must be dreaming!

When my package arrived I quickly opened it up with excitement, it was like Christmas morning for me. I opened up the first box and inside I find so many delightful coffees and teas. Green Mountain Coffee, Newman’s Own Organics, Gloria Jean’s, and Donut Shop Coffee just to name a few. I quickly opened up the next box, and a loud playing of music and lights surrounded it (ok do you get the point, I’m in love lol), I pulled out my Keurig Platinum Brewing System, it was so pretty!!!! I couldn’t wait to get this set up and to try it out, so away I went.

The Keurig Brewing System allows you to brew coffee, tea, iced tea/coffee and hot cocoa, all in a single sized serving. This isn’t just your ordinary brews either, Keurig K-Cups are gourmet, and so you’re getting the best taste every single time.

The girls really wanted to try the Hot Cocoa so we did, it was so good and they enjoyed their cups. Set up was easy and in a few minutes I was able to brew them a cup of hot cocoa. It took much less time than to heat up the water in the kettle, one simple push of the button after the K-Cup was inserted and it was done. I next tried to brew myself some tea, again amazing. It tasted wonderful, the heat was right on target (and it stayed hot). The one thing I love about the Keurig is that you can choose the cup size( 5 sizes) as well as choose the temperature setting, so for instance with the girls Hot Cocoa I turned down the temp a bit so it wouldn’t be too hot, for my tea I turned it back up. The water reservoir holds up to ten cups before refilling, and the blue lit water reservoir and LCD display gives you a classic look that would look great in every kitchen.

I can say, without a doubt that Keurig Platnim Bewing system has given me that PERFECT cup of coffee/tea and hot cocoa. There’s no longer any guessing when trying to make a certain amount of cups of coffee of how much you need to put in that filter. Guests over? This is the perfect system to allow them to choose their own PERFECT beverage, and with 200 different gourmet varieties of coffee/tea and hot cocoa you’ll never go wrong! I can’t wait to purchase some more of my favorite brands, including the Timothy’s White Hot Chocolate this winter! YUM!!!
