On the Seventh Day of Christmas A Wrestling Addicted Mommy gave to me... A Way to keep myself lean...

Regular readers have heard about me talk about my struggle with weight loss, having to get back on track and trying to find products to help me along the way. I'm constantly looking for that item to help me, not to give me the quick fix, but just to give me that extra boost that I might need to help me along my weight loss journey.

Although I haven't done well myself right now, trying to loose weight during the holiday's seems to be one of the more dumber decisions for myself to have made, simply because, I have no will power and it's not working.

Again with the diet ...

I admit, I haven't done well at all with my diet. It's so hard during this time of year, why I even try I don't know. I have been using the Wii a bit more and getting more active that way, I need to be CONSISTENT with my Wii Fit work outs thought, and start doing my crunches and other workouts again.

I just heard about something called Lipovox, anyone ever heard of it? It's supposed to be a 'super food' supplement and help you loose weight while it also fights off acne and wrinkles. I don't know about all that, sounds like some sort of 'miracle pill' to me that probably doesn't work. I wish these companies would let you sample their products before you have to pay the high priced cost of them, maybe then, if I found out they worked, I'd be more inclined to purchase all these new 'supplements'.
