Turning 30 isn’t something I looked forward to this year. I don’t even feel 30, it’s just a crazy concept to me that time has flown by that quickly and I’m now 30 YEARS OLD!! I guess there are others out there who feel the same as well, but there are also those out there who are very happy to have reached the 30 year milestone.

Huggies is celebrating 30 years of helping moms and babies. From the newborn stages on through potty training Huggies has been doing it for 30 years, and we’re the first generation to ever wear Huggies! Just as we’ve reach milestones and evolved over our 30 years, Huggies has done the same and now they’ve partnered with Mom Central to share their celebration by having some contests, the Generation Huggies video contest and Generation Huggies Sweepstakes.

Huggies is touring major cities where moms can create their own video at designated Video Creation Stations and then have a chance to be part of their national ad campaign. Huggies not touring in your city? Not to worry, you can upload your own video by visiting www.GenerationHuggies.com, just remember that the video should be no longer than 60 seconds in length and no longer than 5MB. Don’t want to submit a video; you can still join in on the fun by giving hugs, or voting for your favorite video. Submissions can be sent in till November 20th, 2008 and voting ends on November 30th, 3008.

Anyone can enter the Generation Huggies Sweepstakes as well, you don’t even have to submit a video but you still get a chance at winning $30,000. Head over to www.GenerationHuggies.com and enter online until November 30th, 2008. The grand prize winner will receive $30,000 and will be chosen December 2008.

Huggies: Inside the diaper video and Sweepstakes

As mom's I'm sure there's a ton of diapers you've gone through or go through. Well Huggies Diapers has a great new video out right now called Inside the Diaper. This video goes behind the scenes of one funny commercial and takes it to a new and surprising place. Huggies is trying to take a new and fun look at leakage protection with diapers, without so much product placement it makes you sick! They're trying a new approach by telling and creating a story, mom's (and dad's) will want to watch and hear more about.



To enter the contest visit the site HERE and tell a funny story about a time when some pee got a little out of control with a child, or when you were in some desperate need of a diaper that excelled in leakage protection. Doesn't have to be a long story, just a sentence or two is sufficient, just make sure its funny or interesting.
