Including granola to my healthy diet...

I’m trying to get myself and my family into healthier eating habits. That means less of the sugary, high fat, high calorie, so tasty but so bad for you foods are found in my home. I’m really trying to omit them and in place find some healthier foods that we can all still enjoy.

One of my favorite ‘healthy foods’ is granola, I’ve always been a fan, always loved it. My family though, not so much, if they’re eating any granola it’s usually a minor part granola to major parts of candy inside of it. Candy is fine, on the odd occasion but I’d rather there would be less candy and more dried fruit instead.

That’s why MixMyGranola has become my favorite place to get my granola from here on in. With the ability to choose what exactly goes into your MixMyGranola mix you’re bound to make something that’s tasty for just about anyone in your family. You can even name your own mix. My Wrestler’s Delight granola was meant to be on the healthier side and with the large variety of healthy 100% organic ingredients MixMyGranola offer’s it wasn’t a hard thing to do. Although you can still find some treats/candy to add to your granola, I opted to go for some dried fruit to bring that sweetness in instead.

My Wrestler’s Delight canister included: 100% Organic Muesli, Dried Plums, Amaranth Seeds, and Organic Coconut Shreds. The canister contains 8 servings of your custom made granola and also comes with a 100% money back guarantee. Which I’m sure you’ll never need to use. I’ve eaten my granola for breakfast with some non-fat milk and added a few fresh berries, as well as eaten it dry and its YUMMY either way. Even my two girls love the mix I came up with which is unusual since there’s no candy to be found.

I just am in love with the ability to create my own granola mix, it ensures that I can keep things healthy and I know exactly what’s going into my mix without relying on some store bought granola to hopefully have what I need. Go ahead and try it yourself, head over to MixMyGranola.com and see what you can come up with for yourself and your family.

WIN IT!!!

I’m so sure that you’ll fall in love with MixMyGranola I have a $20 Gift Certificate available to one of my lucky readers.

To enter, all you have to do is head over to the MixMyGranola website and tell me the ingredients you would choose for your very own granola.
