I've always been interested in doing a cleanse of some sort, as a way to boost my weight loss efforts and be healthier, but I've never actually gotten around to doing one. What I'm always afraid of is a cleanse meaning that you'll be best friends with your American Standard toilets! I know a lot of people who have and it's worked wonders for them. Perhaps your one of them, I'd love to hear about a cleanse you've done/tried and how it worked for you.
