Saturday we spent most of the day hanging around the house, playing with the girls making an
What a disappointment. I was so upset not only would I not get to see Elijah, but that guy deserves and needs all the support he can get when it comes to wrestling and getting back into that ring, with WWE out of the picture for him, I need to show him all the support he could get, but unfortunately that wasn’t going to happen now.
I wasn’t really in the mood to cook for anyone now, so we decided to get Rodney to pick up dinner on the way home for everyone. We couldn’t fully decide on what to get, but eventually we decided on Red Robin. Rodney was going to pick it all up that was until I told him the bad news about Sunday. He was so upset, and decided it would probably be better for us to all go out for dinner now, because he didn’t want to be in the house with all this tension right now, he was pretty upset.
We head to Red Robin, which is the girls favorite restaurant wait to be seated and order up our food. I splurged all weekend with stuff I normally wouldn’t eat, I feel horrible today because of it and have already been drinking slimfast, water and working out all morning. Things were going great, everyone was loving their food, and then the horror happened. Lyric threw a HUGE tantrum because she didn’t want to sit down on her seat. I gave her a few options to stop crying, to come talk to me, and the tantrum wouldn’t stop. Talk about embarrassing! She then had the last option to get over to me and stop crying before I counted to 5 or she would be going back to the car until everyone was finished and ready to go.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5…. No Lyric. Rodney picked her up, and out we went to the car with her kicking and
We’ll see how this goes, I’m sick of the tantrums, but so far, this extreme measure of having her miss out on all the Easter fun has helped and she’s been listening and been an angel since yesterday morning. She understands exactly why she didn’t get to participate, and what she has to do before she can.
The last bit of bad Easter, was last night. Apparently Aria had been sneaking chocolate all day long without anyone knowing the wiser. We were up half the night with one sick, pukey child. I can't believe the amount of chocolate this child threw up. Today, she's great though. Chocolate has been hid, and no more of that will be going on today.
The joys of parenthood! Gotta love it!
