I’m so EXCITED!!! Next weekend is our weekend away!!! I can’t tell you how excited I am! Me and hubby haven’t been anywhere together alone, without kids, for an entire weekend in about 5 years. We didn’t even get a honeymoon, so having the weekend away to the honeymoon capital (Niagara Falls) is even better.

Now, we’ve been to Niagara Falls about a million times, I grew up not too far from there, and my parents don’t live to far from there so going there isn’t a big deal, and honestly I have a feeling we won’t be sight seeing much… Especially since I bought a nice new outfit from EdenFantasys! It kind of goes with the theme of my newest favorite song and video, and also my newest ring tone… Have you SEEN Rihanna’s newest song S&M??? Check it out….



I may just have to recreate some of the video myself, I already have some toys that can help, but buying new ones that I can find in the bondage and fetish section from EdenFantasys is always more fun!!

Dreaming of time away....

The snow is falling… AGAIN!!!! At first last week I was stoked for a big snow storm, but after we got dumped on I’m over it.

I thought we’d be done, but they’re calling for another 3-5” of snow today, I think I’m ready to drift away to a warm vacation spot… I should just lay back and close my eyes, maybe calgon will take me away!

I can dream about sipping a margarita on the beach, sleeping the day away in a Bali villa… Having some nice alone time with my hubby, eating dinner of the patio of our bali villas rental… The warmth of the sun on my face… The swimming, the tanning, the drinks, the food…..

Ahhh a girl can dream right? Unfortunately, I’ve opened my eyes to white stuff falling from the sky, our county being at a level 1 snow emergency, and me hating to drive in the winter having to go pick up hubby at 8:30 tonight. It’s not my day that’s for sure…

We are able to head on a vacation though! I’m happy to stay it will be our FIRST weekend away, ALONE with no kids EVER!! I won a giveaway trip to Niagara Falls… So yea, it’s not a hot spot, but we’ve got a gorgeous room with a jacuzzi, fireplace etc, a fine dining dinner, and a couples massage. For now, I think that will do! I just hope the weather holds out on our drive there and back and during our stay. Niagara Falls is BEAUTIFUL in the winter time, I would just rather there be less rather than more snow, and it be a little mild instead of the freezing temperature’s we’ve been having lately.

I won’t complain though, it’s time away for me and hubby, it’s time away to show off my new outfit from Eden Fantasys that I just bought, and best of all, it’s time away WITHOUT KIDS!!!

Valentine's Day Gifts....

Trying to think of something different to get my hubby for Valentine’s Day this year. I can’t think of a thing! He’s a big ‘ol geek, loves geeky things, technology etc. Me sending him flowers, or giving him a card isn’t going to fly, besides, that’s so predictable and BORING! So I’ve been thinking of getting him something a little more ‘techy’.

I heard about custom usb drives and thought what a cool idea, he uses usb drives a lot, for various different things, how cool would it be to have a custom one just for him, something no one else has!

I think I just figured out his gift! Shhhhh! lol

Tax Time!!! We’ve got ours filed and should be getting our returns any day! Anyone have any plans with their tax money?

We’ve got some for ours, unfortunately they’re not too exciting. We’re paying off bills, bills, bills! There will be no trip to Best Buy for us this year, no new electronics, no new TV. It’s about getting caught up on our debt, paying off our car, and hopefully getting right back on track with things..

What are your plans?

So frustrated!! We’ve got snow, and LOTS of it!! Here we have ‘levels’ that happen when we have snow days, here how it works…

• LEVEL 1: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy. Drive very cautiously.

• LEVEL 2: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways. Contact your employer to see if you should report to work.

• LEVEL 3: All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be out during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report to work. Those traveling on the roadways may subject themselves to arrest.

In my county, we’ve been on a Level 3 since very early this morning… YAY snow day!! Not only for my daughter, but for my hubby as well right?!?! Apparently NOT! Verizon didn’t think so anyways. He was told he still had to come in. Thankfully he was like no way no how, unless they’re going to pay for my ticket….

His district manager said all stores had to be open on time… He couldn’t get a hold of his own manager, and talked to the assistant who finally said forget it, until I tell you something else, we’re closed. Then he finally gets a message from his manager stating everyone who has a shift today has to get to work ASAP!

Um hello HONEY it’s a LEVEL 3 … I highly doubt you’re going into work, neither is anyone else!! So hubby still held his ground, heck our own street isn’t even plowed, it took me over 2hrs to get the snow even shoveled! He then gets a call from his other assistant who said, until the level 3 is lifted, he’s not risking everyone, until the level 3 is lifted they’re closed…

Finally! Someone with some SENSE! Seriously, no one is going anywhere in this city, EVERYTHING is closed!! Even the MALLS are CLOSED!! No one is going to want to walk into Verizon today to buy cell phone accessories or mobile phone accessories and if they do, they’re idiots!

Thanks so much Verizon for valuing your employees OH so much!!
