It’s been over a week since I’ve been to the gym. Mind you I’ve been busy, but this morning I have to push myself to go once again.
I’ve also slacked off on my diet, which isn’t good at all… I need to get back into the habit of having my protein shakes and creatine powder in the morning, that’s what kept me going, that’s what kept me on my diet, and I need to get back there.
I’m just waiting on some laundry to finish, and then I’m off to the gym!
