It's Halloween!!!

It’s one of my favorite holidays, yet one of the most evil as well. It’s Halloween, and for us trying to lose weight, probably one of the hardest holidays to be around.

I know I’ve snuck a few mini chocolate bars that I shouldn’t have, but hell, it’s hard. That will power I think I have, just isn’t strong enough apparently. I wish I could find some diet pills that work, especially around this time of year, maybe it would give me that edge I need to KEEP loosing the weight. The holidays are the worst for dieters…

So give me your tips, how do you keep from over indulging? How do you stay away from the bad things, cook some great holiday meals for your family, and still keep it healthy?
