It's been a while...

Where in the WORLD have I been? I’d really love to give you an interesting answer on that one, but really I don’t have anything interesting to tell you. I’ve really just been super busy with life in general and life as a mom.

My oldest started school this year, and it’s been a difficult few weeks for me as the day she started grew closer and closer. First day of school went off without a hitch for Lyric, for me however not so much, and I’m still adjusting. This new scheduled life almost is something new for all of us, and it’s taking some time, blogging got put on hold as I tried to get my home and life a little more organized in anticipation of this big change.

Lyric is enjoying school, and as much as I hate her uniforms she seems to love them and sports them proudly like they’re a brand spankin’ new tuxedo or something. She makes me laugh! I'll have more on my proud new Kindergartner in another post...
