Before I started slacking off, and now that I’m back into the real world after school has started, I’ve hopped back onto the diet/exercise routine and I can tell you that….. I’m In Love!!! That’s right; I’m in love with my new workout routine. It’s hard for me to like workout videos that you do at

I’ve been doing a really great workout video series called Kettle Worx, I wasn’t convinced at first but after doing this program for a few weeks now, and I’m a fan. By using a Kettlebell to enhance your works you are sculpting lean muscle and eliminating fat, and with Kettle Worx they only recommend doing this total body fitness workout for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
I do have to admit, I’m addicted to this workout and I do it 5 times a week if possible, it makes you feel great and I can definitely tell the difference in working different muscles than my other workouts, I get a great muscle burn, and a great sweat all at the same time. The program is a 6 week program and honestly it’s going to take a lot longer than 6 weeks for myself to see a major improvement, but that’s ok, I absolutely love this workout.
I currently have a 5lbs Kettlebell and it’s perfect for right now, as I get into the workouts more intensely I’ll more than likely upgrade to a 10lbs KettleBell.

My Kettle Worx program came with a 5lb Kettle Bell (there are other packages for heavier KettleBell’s, 5lbs is recommended for women starting out), and a set of 10 DVD’s to keep me on my toes, now the DVD’s aren’t that exciting, they’re very repetitive and I have noticed that sometimes the sets are not even sets of reps which I make sure I do all the time, but they work, and are to the point of what you’re doing. No extra annoying host, or annoying gabbing and small talk going on, the DVD’s get you toned, and sweating and keep you working out!
I love my Kettle Worx and KettleBell, and I can’t see changing it for another routine anytime soon!

Sounds interesting.Anything to change up my routine def. helps. I know my gym is offering classes like this, but they cost extra. It'd be nice to be able to do them at home. Great job Gina on all your progress. Keep up the good work. - Terri (terrigleas@yahoo.com)
