A Chocolate Lover's Dream...

This past July I celebrated my birthday. At this point in my life, I really don’t celebrate much, we won’t say my actual real age, and I in fact refuse to believe I’m that old. But when I got a delicious cake in the mail from Bake Me A Wish! I couldn’t help but want to celebrate just a little bit more.

Being as it was in the dead heat of summer, I really wondered how a cake delivery was really going to work, and more how this cake was going to hold up through the mail during delivery. I mean, it was a yummy Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake I was a bit worried about it melting or something on the way and I’d have a big pile of mushy cake on my hands. When the package arrived, I opened it up and to my surprise the cake was in one piece, perfect and not a spot out of place, melted, or smudged. Packing this cake well to keep it safe was done right!

We immediately took the cake out and dug in…. DELICIOUS! Oh My Goodness the cake was heavenly! A Perfect cake for a chocolate lover like me, and the kids loved it as well. The moist fudgy brownie cake was covered in rich chocolate and adorned dark chocolate shaves on the top with a milk and dark chocolate glazed drizzle. There was also a Belgian chocolate plaque on the top of the cake which said “Happy Birthday” on top! The cake was so decadent and delicious, I can still taste it.

Bake Me A Wish cakes are baked in a New York City Bakery and can be sent overnight nationwide. They’re also guaranteed to arrive on the day you request or your money back. Your cake will also arrive to your person of choice with a greeting card that you can personalize and comes delivered in an elegant gift box. This is a great alternative to an actual gift to send someone special on their birthday, I think anyone would enjoy any of their delicious cakes and I’d love to get another one for just about any occasion.

You can view more of the Bake Me A Wish cakes by visiting their website www.bakemeawish.com be careful though, you may just find yourself making your first order the first time you head over there.
