Edited: I do feel I have to be honest with my reviews, and until this morning, I was very happy with my PinkTooth, now.... Not so much. I woke up this morning to a broken PinkTooth, something I've only had for a few days. The earpiece part, the one that goes around your ear to secure your PinkTooth to you, has broken in half. I'm not exactly sure how that happened as the PinkTooth was sitting on top of my closed laptop all night, and when I picked it up this morning, the piece broke off and fell to the ground. Now I'm not exactly sure what can be done about this, I'm going to find out if there's a replacement part I can buy, which I will keep updated when I find out.
Update: Chickbuds is great!!!!! Once I told them about the broken ear piece I recieved an email very fast stating the following:
