Lucky little me! Recently I got a brand spankin’ new laptop for myself. I am loving it!! My old laptop was a piece of junk; it’s nice to have a running pretty laptop that’s serving all of my online needs.

Now what’s better than getting a brand new laptop? Getting a brand new printer to accompany it!

A few weeks ago I welcomed the new arrival into our home, the very nice Epson Artisan 800 printer/copier/scanner/fax machine. I think the biggest excitement was with the Wi-Fi capability it had, I no longer had to hook my computer up to the laptop for it to work! I could be anywhere in my house and print something and not be even close to where the printer is. Seriously though, this printer is NICE! Not only does it have the Wi-Fi capabilities, or the fact that you can use it as a printer, copier, scanner, or even fax machine, but also that it prints out BEAUTIFUL pictures, and great documents in record time!

In a rush to get those text documents printed? No need to worry, the Epson Artisan can print black and color text in a flash; it prints 38 pages per minute, CRAZY!

Photos are a flash as well; a regular size 4x6 photo can print in great quality in just about 10 seconds. Not only is the print quality great for photos but the quality is in HD! Yes you read that right; the Epson Artisan 800 printer prints photos in Hi-definition, this means that your photos will last 4x longer than regular photo printing as well as be smudge, scratch and water resistant. I’ve been loving the fact that I can print off great pictures of the girls, the colors are so vibrant and alive, very high quality. You can also add some creativity to your photos with a range of features on the printer. There’s no limit to what the Artisan 800 can do.

Is the lighting not right in your picture? Well with the Epson Artisan 800, not only can you just print things, you can create, crop, and retouch your photos directly on the printer. No more heading to the photo lab for me, I’ve gone one that can do it all right in my home!

Whether your printing photos, text documents, professional quality CD’s or creating your own personalized note paper, the limits are far and few. This baby can also do double sided printing at the same time. The Artisan 800 also has two paper trays (which can fit various sizes and styles of paper), a touch screen panel as well as a built-in Auto Document feeder. Long gone are the days of doing things one by one as you sit there and wait for a printer to spit out your work. Besides the nice bright and great size touch screen panel the printer also features slots for your various flash drives, and SD cards of different sizes.

I don’t know what I did before the Epson Artisan 800 came into my home. I can’t imagine ever going back to anything different. The speed, the quality, the look, all of it is just amazing. Epson really outdid themselves this time with this great printer! I can’t recommend it enough to people now.
