I know I said in a previous post that we don't really celebrate Valentine's Day around here, but I got a wonderful surprise this morning when I woke up. Hubby had to work today, got up this morning before all of us to leave so I didn't even get to say good bye to him this morning.
I awoke to find heart tissue paper all over our dining room table with a big white envelope with my name on it and a small bag behind it...What a surprise to wake up to considering I wasn't expecting anything.
I opened the card which was so beautiful I almost cried, and after that I started to open the bag, to which I found another envelope inside. Once opened I found a Gift Card to Lane Bryant for $100. I just yelled out OH.MY.GOD!
This man was so sweet, I really didn't expect a thing this year, and I come this morning to find this. Makes me look REAL good now when I got him NOTHING... NOW WHAT! Oh well, I thought about getting him something, I have some great lingerie to show him, so I guess that's going to be his gift.
I hope you all have a wonderful and happy Valentine's Day!!!

that's so sweet G - you have something else to give him that glows in the dark ;)
Awwwww, that's so sweet! Isn't it great when our hubby's totally surprise us like that? You could just put a big bow on yourself as his gift... ;)
That is very sweet, I love a surprise.
It's so nice to be surprised, but it feels so bad to not have something to give in return. I always end up in that same predicament, I'm so bad at surprises and shopping. Enjoy your Valentine's Day.
Thanks for the well wishes about my wisdom teeth removal - it's honestly not as bad as I was afraid it would be, so you should go ahead and get it done with! The best part - eating lots of ice cream without any guilt or shame! lol.
How sweet! Happy Valentine's Day!
How wonderful to be surprised like that! Have fun spending that gift card! And, I am sure he will be quite pleased with the lingerie show idea...lol!
You got a "keeper". That was so sweet.
Good men do exist!
