Healthier Living ...

Healthy living isn't the easiest thing to do, but having things at home to help you out makes it much easier. When the whole family is eating healthy it helps me with my weight loss but it also makes everyone feel better in general and the girls just love the new things we're trying.

One of my newest things to try out was to make our own juice with the Lexen Manual Healthy Juicer I received. Although this is marketed as a manual wheat grass juicer you can juice just about anything with it. There are so many benefits to juicing but sometimes the electric juicers can just be too big, too bulky and the set up and clean up can be a bit pain.

The Healthy Juicer from Lexen is so easy to use, is nice and small so it takes up less room, and clean up is a breeze. The Healthy Juicer provides healthier juicer provides healthier juice than other juicers out there. It has a specially designed auger which easily accepts pieces of fruits and veggies and does a better job at crushing through plant cell walls to give you the maximum amount of juice along with all the nutrients.

With the Lexen Healthy Juicer being on the small side you do have to load up your hopper frequently with the fruits/veggies that you're using, compared to an electric juicer. Turning the handle is super easy with leafy veggies so I was a little worried when trying harder fruits/veggies like apples and carrots but I was pleasantly surprised that there was very little effort involved, just remember the smaller the pieces are cut up, the easier it is to turn the handle.

Cleaning up was easy, just rinsing off the pieces and putting it back together in a snap. The girls really enjoyed being able to make our own apple/orange juice, and we even mixed up a few fruits/veggies as well which they enjoyed to my surprise.

If your looking for a juicer for your home I highly recommend the Lexen Healthy Juicer, I've had one of those big electric juicers in the past, and currently still have it, it's just now in the basement full of dust because of how big and hard it was to use and clean up. I love my Lexen Healthy Juicer and we use it quite a bit.

You can find more information about the Lexen Healthy Juicer by visiting the www.877myjuicer.com website, check out more of their great products for healthier living while your there.

The website has lots of cool stuff I want/need, such as the Airgle 150 Air Purifier. I paint for a living, and paint odors linger. A small air purifier in the studio would work wonders. Thanks for the entry!
