I started with the body tests and then onto the exercises, I went through all of them today (Yoga, Strength Training, Arobics) I didn't do the balance exercises today though, the girls were just driving me crazy wanting their own turn on the Fit so the balance will wait till this evening. Overall I had a lot of fun, its a good workout too. I had so much trouble with that dang Tree pose for yoga, I guess eventually I may get it but, ugh I have no balance to keep one foot on my thigh and my arms in the air!!!
After an hour or so going through all the exercises and having a blast with them I decided to do my body test again and come to find my Wii Fit Age had changed from 45 to 29 MUCH BETTER! I also lost a total of .2lbs from doing the exercises.
I've started with my first bottle of water for the day, and my Slimfast for breakfast. I just have to keep remembering that water, that's one of my larger downfalls. I vow to keep up with this this time, I'm too disgusted with myself lately to let myself go any further than I already have. I've got a long long long way to go, but I know I CAN DO IT!!!
At least once a week I'll update with my progress and hope that there are some of you out there who will read and will help me and encourage me as I go on this journey, maybe there are some of you out there who have started on the same path, let's all help each other out and keep our spirits high and lifted!!!

Good for you to find the time to use the WiiFit. I think I would use ours more if I could do it during the day, but my boys never nap at the same time. For some reason the night does not work since I am tired and my hubby annoys me with his comparisions.
Good luck and perhaps I will kick my boys out today to use it when they play outside.
Good luck to you! I don't have a Wii or a Wii Fit (darn it!) but I have been trying to exercise in the evenings after work. I do OK for a few days, and then something happens like getting home late, sunburn, etc. I hope tomorrow I can get back to it! I'll be keeping an eye on your progress - maybe it will inspire me to post a similar gauge on my blog.
You can do it. :D
I know you can, you're a strong-willed person so I think you'll do great!
BTW--our P90X.. yeah, still hasn't been used except the few times I tried it when I got it.. hehe
